One Biological Beauty ‘Shop & Save’ Terms & Conditions
This Wholesale Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between One Biological Beauty and the One Biological Beauty ‘Shop & Save’ wholesale customer(s).
Dispatch
One Biological Beauty dispatches orders within two (2) business days and
occasionally the same day of receiving the customer’s order. During busy holiday seasons,
it may take up to eight (8) business days.
Shipping
The customer will supply a physical shipping address, and the courier will be determined by
One Biological Beauty based on geographical location. Shipping costs are calculated at the
time of placing an order and applied to the customer’s shopping cart upon checkout.
Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods
Customers must notify One Biological Beauty’s Customer Service Department via email at
support@onebiologicalbeauty.com of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within
seven (7) days of delivery.
Out of Stock
One Biological Beauty endeavors to have every listed item in stock. However, there may be
unavoidable out-of-stocks. When an out-of-stock situation occurs, One Biological Beauty
does not back-order these items.
